10-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns

You may request a return for any reason within 10 calendar days of confirmed delivery. No restocking fee will apply during this period.

Returns After 10 Days

Returns requested between 11 and 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery are subject to a 5% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.

Returns are not accepted after 30 calendar days.

Return Conditions

All merchandise must be returned:

• In the same condition in which it was received

• With all boxes, warranty cards, certificates, manuals, links, straps, tags, accessories, and other included items

• Without alteration, polishing, servicing, engraving, sizing, or damage

• Using fully insured and trackable shipping

Any loss, damage, wear, alteration, or missing item may result in an additional deduction from the refund or rejection of the return where the item has been materially changed.

The customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance unless the item received was materially different from the listing. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and verified. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped through an independent, insured shipping provider using FedEx Priority Overnight service whenever available.

For transaction security, orders may only be shipped to the verified billing or shipping address associated with the cardholder’s payment account. We cannot ship to an alternate address, freight forwarder, hotel, mailbox service, or P.O. box unless approved in writing before payment.

Residential deliveries require identity verification before shipment. Additional documentation may be requested to confirm the purchaser’s identity, payment method, and delivery address.

A direct signature from the buyer or an authorized adult at the verified address is required upon delivery. Packages will not be left unattended, released without a signature, or redirected after shipment.

Orders are generally dispatched after payment has fully cleared and all required verification has been completed. Purchases made near weekends, holidays, or carrier cutoff times may ship on the next available business day.

Every shipment is securely packaged, insured for its full value, and tracked until confirmed delivery. Customers should inspect the package upon receipt and notify Cherub immediately of any visible damage, tampering, loss, or delivery issue.

Carrier delays caused by weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery estimates.
